This is obviously Goliath from Disney's Gargoyles, lol.
I drew this for Father's Day since my Dad asked me year after year since I was 13 to draw him Goliath and I never got around to doing it. Finally I did it and I'll probably print it on some nice paper and give it to him on Sunday.
I know...the glowing moon in the back again, right? I told y'all -- I'm uncreative as hell with backgrounds, lol. Although I think it works very well in this situation.
