Captain Leonard 'Cold' Snart

Captain Leonard "Cold Snart leads a team of highly trained mercenaries known as the R.O.G.U.E.S. (Recon and Offensive Global Unified Extermination Squad)

The ROGUES are the world's top trained and skilled Private Military Company and they do not take that job lightly. While some groups may have tougher and stronger members, the ROGUES are the best at working as a team which has led to their continued success for years.

Captain "Cold" is top dog in the ROGUES and the rest don't even question it. He's known as "Cold" because he carries an ice gun that allows him to freeze objects to absolute zero and also is cold demeanor.

Their logo is the Flash's lightning bolt with their name wrapped around it. I can't think of how to incorporate Barry into them but I want him to be the reason they use the lightning bolt. I know his outfit is a little SHIELD-y...but where do y'all think I got the idea from? LOL!

Since the team IS a Global team I decided to make him Canadian, what with the winter clothes and all...and the fact that he's my favourite and I'M Canadian hahaha!

I did want to update his look too so I gave him an aviator hat and blue aviator sunglasses for style. As long as I keep that blue shirt then I think he's still recognizable. I'm still thinking of ways to fit this style to the other Rogues I'm doing (Heat Wave, Mirror Master, Trickster and Weather Wizard!)
